RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Items must be in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

  Immediate Return : We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return the item and not proceed with the purchase , you may do so immediately upon delivery while the courier is still present. Simply hand the item back to the courier if you decide not to accept the item. This option is only available at the time of delivery.

Exchange 

Exchanges Only: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if the item is defective, we offer an exchange for another product of equal value. Exchanges must be requested within [ 14 days] from the date of purchase.

 Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

   - In their original condition, unused, and unwashed.

   - Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

   - In their original packaging, if applicable.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items, such as ( sale items, gift cards ), are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. If the exchange is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

Product Inspection Policy

To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our business, we allow customers to open their package upon delivery to check the quality and size of the item while the courier is present.

However, please note that:

• Items may not be tried on or worn during this inspection process.

• Customers are permitted to visually inspect the product to confirm it matches their order and expectations.
